Last weekend, our team sponsored Girls Inspired and Ready to Lead’s STEM Expo and Career Fair in Fairfax, Virginia! We had an incredible time at the Expo, introducing over 100 girls to Virtual and Augmented Reality through a demo on the Microsoft HoloLens.

GIRL is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to mentor and empower teen girls for future success by promoting academic excellence, leadership skills, community service, career preparation, and self–esteem.

The NewWave Foundation continues to partner with GIRL to provide educational and social enrichment opportunities, so girls can feel confident in themselves and supported in achieving their dreams.
