NWF is a proud sponsor of GEMZ Inc’s Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) Camp! We’re excited to share the recent success of the week-long camp in which 20 girls participated in workshops led by STEAM professionals, experimented in a fragrance lab, learned how to put together a business plan and even crafted their own personal web pages!

The GEMZ, Inc is a mentoring and leadership program for middle and high school girls headquartered in Greenbelt, Maryland. Over the past seven years, GEMZ has provided hands-on workshops, monthly seminars, field trips and conferences all with one goal in mind: to develop the next generation of girls with a healthy self-esteem, character and the courage to pursue their biggest dreams!
