Recently, our Founder and Executive Director, Sherifah Munis was the keynote speaker at leadership’s Howard County’s spring alumni breakfast.

She shared her journey from her first job out of College, to leading NewWave’s Corporate Social Responsibility Department and ultimately the NewWave Foundation. Through her story, Sherifah encouraged the alumni to use their platforms as Executives to make a difference.
